Amy and Andrea begin with a random chat about their first cars. They then revisit their conversation about period poop (which first surfaced in Episode 1). Andrea is very concerned about the cleanliness of pooping with a tampon inserted and Amy is just fascinated by the entire conversation. And, yes, they eventually answer a question about honoring boundaries around toxic family members.
