In this episode, we’re talking about Period Poverty and a programme from Grwp Llandrillo Menai who are providing learners with 4 months worth of period products (including reusable products) as part of the Welsh Government’s £9 million investment in reducing Period Poverty. The products are provided by Hey Girls, a Social Enterprise fighting to reduce Period Poverty and when 1 in 10 girls can’t afford period products, it’s time to talk about period poverty.

Katie rants about still feeling embarrassed about her period and we share our intentions for the week ahead.
