Our guest on this episode is Preston Manning, who served as a member of Parliament from 1993 to 2001. He was also Leader of the Opposition from 1997-2000 and during this time he was his party's science and technology critic. He has an interest in science policy, being a strong supporter of the Canadian Science Policy Conference since it's inception.
