Assalamualaikum girls! I pray you’re all having a beautiful Ramadan In Sha Allah. In this episode I will be talking about periods in Islam and how should deal with it accordingly as Muslim women in a way which pleases Allah. This episode will cover different hadiths regarding periods, struggles, what is forbidden, Islamic reasonings on how to look after ourself, lifestyle tips to help with periods and general women health and foremost how to purify oneself once it is over.
