During this episode Peris talks with Winston Davis,  Chairman of Syla Academy, an Entrepreneur and Activist. 

Peris came across Winston on Instagram, when she saw a video of Winston talking to a boy who had just robbed his Nephew. In the video Winston is talking to the boy who has robbed his nephew, trying to understand why he did it and how a negative decision made in a split second could change the course of your life. This was such a compelling and emotional video. Instantly Peris was intrigued and inspired and reach out to Winston. 

During the episode, we hear about Winston life how he came to living life in his purpose, of giving back to the community, empowering Young Black Men and advocating for equality and opportunity for marginalised groups. A true inspiration and champ. 

This was a very deep, moving and eye opening conversation, with many layers and depth.
