The ANC in the Amathole region of the Eastern Cape has called on the Presidency and the Correctional Services Department to grant jailed King Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo permission on compassionate grounds to attend the funeral of AmaXhosa King Zwelonke Sigcawu on Friday.
