Have you ever changed your mind on purpose? Maybe you received new information and then decided that you could use that new information to make a new decision? So often as leaders, we get stuck in the past and allow our prior decisions to inform our current choices. The problem is that we don't often see the cost in staying with the original decision. This week, I encourage you to reflect on how your past decisions are informing your current reality and give yourself permission to change your mind.
