The Perry City Council on Thursday unanimously appoint­ed Stephen Moss to serve as vice chair of the city’s Planning Commission for 2026. Perry City Administrator Robert Barnhill told the coun­cil that Paul White, who had been serving as vice chair, has moved into the chair role for 2026.
