Joe De Sena grew up working for Mob bosses in NYC.  He started a pool service as a teenager and grew it to 750 customers.

But even with the success at a young age, Joe wanted to further his education and headed to Cornell.  While most kids his age were partying, Joe was managing a business and taking college classes at the same time.

His story from pool boy to wall street to the CEO of Spartan Races is a testimony to his persistence, hard work and knowing when to pivot even when you are already having success!
