You, too are, a brand whether you know it or not, whether you like it or not.

Jeff Bezos is succinct when he says branding is what people say about you when you are not in the room.

Brands happen even when you don't build them. 

How about you take control and intentionally curate what your personal brand is.

Building a brand is not a sprint, it is a marathon and would require frequent efforts to increase recognizability and value.
