In this educational VAG session, we have with us Ashutosh Sinha- the Group Head of HR Centre of Excellence from Dubai. He talks to us about career and the joys and challenges that come with it . Mr Sinha talks about how we can check if our career is growing in the right direction, how we can fly over the wall if we reach a dead end in our careers and what steps can the youth take to ensure a promising career. Mr Sinha starts the video by introducing himself and sharing some information about himself. This will give people a stable income and the freedom to explore their interests. What the youth tends to do is chase their passion at the beginning of their careers , and thus they get lost.
