Guest: Sandra Baer.  From conversations with city leaders, climate advocates, private sector and non-profit executives, should we not go back to a “new normal”?  Was the “old normal”, especially in cities, often too quick to adopt the newest innovation, rushing to solutions, too fast, and often missing the opportunity to think bigger, to look more deeply at a problem and all of its interdependencies?  Sandra frames a way to go forward with new collaborations, to go beyond small incremental changes and reimagine new solutions for some of the world’s most intransigent problems. In some of the world’s most courageous cities.  To cap it off, in this Episode we'll share examples of 3 cities whose leaders saw an urgent need to deal with a truly difficult challenge—their work to ask the tough questions enabled them to uncover a different approach to fixing a big problem.
