Took a small hiatus to find my grounding and am back with a small segment about something most of us will relate to atleast at one point in our lives- anxiety and Procastination and how it helps to have a "tribe" you through it.

This is a bit of a lengthy episode because I've spoken about 2 books, that are the first one: the book I spoke about in the last episode called things you can see only when you slow down and then after some things I've realized in some of self reflections, I've then spoken about the famous book by Mark Manson and about how I relate to his content. Hope you guys enjoy the content and provide me feed back too!.

I've been a but busy recently and I wasnt able to upload useful and meaningful content like I originally planned 3 days ago, and I'm really sorry about that, and I did attempt an episode yesterday but had to get rid of it completely because if some error in the custom sound and the audio file wouldn't play afterwards. So I will get back to it as soon as possible before the week ends, hope you guys can bear with me and understand me. Thank you so much for sticking with me! This episode is about two books I've read in the past few months. One of them I'm still reading, they are first, the Untethered soul by Michael A. Singer. Is one of my personal favourites and I've spoken more about it than the other book because in still reading it. The other book I'm reading currently is by Sadhguru who is a famous spiritual worker and personality in india and all around the world, I'm not a follower or neither do I reject some of the views he speak of, I'm simply addressing the main concept of the book as I've gathered so far about how we dont see Death the way maybe we need to see it, I might speak more about this one later when I've finished reading it and really taking it in, still, both are interesting reads and I've taken a few that grabbed my attention and I've shared them here with you along with my personal insights and my views on it. Hope you enjoy it and give me feed back as well!.

I've spoken about the my personal revelations when I've had when reading this book which was a refreshing in the sense helped me reflect on the quality of the sound that is around me and most importantly the inner noice inside you that influences you maybe both in good and bad ways. P.S. I've made a few mistakes in a few ( 1 or 2) instances where I've mistaken the gender of the author. Really sorry about that! I've corrected that later on.

This is my view of the content presented in this book written Don Miguel Ruiz, about ancient toltec wisdom to live better lives. I have spoken about how i relate to what is said.
