I simply asked our True Life audience, “What area of your health do you feel good about, what area do you not?” What followed were many personal testimonies of strengths and weaknesses in everyone’s personal wellness pursuit. Some of the deficits and struggles cited and discussed were hydration, weight, exercise, alcohol, and more, and we also delved into more complex issues of cholesterol, biotoxin illness, chronic fatigue, mental health and the all encompassing issue of the distinct individualization of our individual journeys.
