The homework we all have been given and we all promised to complete has been neglected and has been sitting idle. 

This homework is our spiritual work, our inner mind work, releasing fears, working on our shadow side, working on our conflicts and limiting beliefs and then becoming light. 

There is no way we can become light if we do not learn how to heal our dark self-concepts and our limiting beliefs.

But, this is an intricate process and most people quit half-way -- they go back to a lower level of consciousness and stay unfulfilled. 

Therefore, they break their soul promise by not healing all the way, by not "going all the way"!
