We all have goals, and sometimes they seem just a little bit out of reach. 
 
In today’s episode, we go through one of the simplest ways to start achieving your goals today! All it takes is small action repeated over time. Let’s do it!
 
The Challenge:
For the next 7 days, find ONE thing (or two if you’re up for it) that you can add to your day to make it better. That may be exercise, reading, journaling, anything really! Just make it something you aren’t already doing, and something that would make future-you proud.
