    Daily at quiet time while reading scriptures

    During the day when God speaks to you in your heart

How do I know when God is speaking to you

    by doing the journal for 21 days straight you will develop the spiritual ear

    you will become sensitive to his voice, like when someone familiar to you calls 

    by reading the scriptures you can have faith with your thoughts
