This is my personal response to the reflective question I asked in Episode 28.

I’m answering it from the middle of the work — not from clarity, not from resolution, and not from the other side. This reflection explores what it feels like when no one else can do your healing for you, spiritually or physically, and responsibility shows up not as power, but as restraint.
