In this episode we talk to Ian Crockford, Founder Director of Project Solved and Project Executive at the clean energy technology business, Powerhouse Energy Group. With a reputation for leading projects which have changed the London skyline (including the London Eye, London 2012 Olympic Stadium and Google's new London HQ), Ian talks to us about what he believes is required to corral, motivate and lead people to achieve demanding objectives.
