We are people with different ideologies, behaviours, personalities and temperaments . When any one talks about ego, we always feel that its a part of some one else's personality but not ours. We feel that the other person has an ego but we are accommodating and balanced . We often react rather than respond. We often find faults easily in others rather than introspecting our own selves . Are we reactive ? are we feeling stressed easily, are we doing so much in life and yet we are not aware about our thoughts ? In this video, i have tried to look into 8 such signs where we can easily understand where we need to work upon in order to improve our shadow ego. This is an interesting yet effective way to gouge where we stand in terms of ego.
