By analyzing drinking behaviors, researchers identified three distinct clusters—mild, moderate, and severe—that could lead to personalized treatment strategies, enhancing effectiveness. This innovative approach not only aids clinicians in decision-making but also highlights significant sex-specific differences in drinking patterns, emphasizing the need for individualized care in recovery processes.
