Perspective (Ep. 10) it all starts with you 🗣
As apart of my birthday celebration (03/20), I’ll be posting everyday this week!
when it comes to things we want more of in life (love, loyalty, understanding, wisdom, patience, etc) why do we tend to look outward?
The things that you desire the most have to start with you. Think about a plate. It is the foundation for the food you will eat. When it comes to you, your understanding of self is that foundation. Without it, those around you are not able to add to it. What are they adding to?
It may seem hard but it is essential that you understand who you are. Know what makes you happy. What makes you sad. What makes you get out of bed in the morning.. what makes you you!
Once again one can’t add to something not already established.. even a minor foundation is better than none.
