Daniel Durany is a speaker, author, editor, and advocate for persons with Asperger’s syndrome (AS) and people who deal with it in others. His knowledge and passion are derived from the fact that he, too, has AS. Daniel volunteers with FEAT (Families for Effective Autism Treatment) and implemented an adult Asperger’s support group. Daniel will share information about struggles as a child and teenager, relationships, transitioning smoothly from high school to college, job accommodations, reasons to hire people with AS, job tips for those with AS, and advice for employers.
