True freedom! There’s an expression everything is in the mind. Sometimes with the lack of knowledge we feel stuck and in prison just like in the Neshama within us that’s full of life and energy. Sometimes you’re not even aware of it and Hashem says all I need is for you to be aware of your lack of knowledge to be hungry for a relationship with me and I will feed you with a mental strength and health capacity to have a connection.
