With its many parallels of zeitgeist, materiality and noblesse there is a major difference in affordability making the Manau Kea Beach Hotel exclusive and the Pestana Park Hotel inclusive tributing to Niemeyer’s socialist to say the least as many say  communist approach vs Mauna Kea Beach Hotel’s Rockefeller and his architect SOM’s capitalist approach.
