MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life. 

WE ARE MAKING: Pesto Parm Rigatini Pasta 🍝

Ingrediants:

• Rigatoni Noodles
• Parmesan
• Tomato 
• Pesto

Instructions:

• Boil your noodles, drain but save 1 c of water (allow noodles to slightly soften through, not too mushy)
•  Shred your paremesean cheese  
• Large slice your tomatoes (I use Romas) 
• Add Homemade or Premade Pesto 
• Mix a 3 ingredients into noodles w/water on Low, cover (don't stir)
• After you see the cheese melting/basil softening, use a large wooden spoon to slowly mix 3-5 times (lessens the breaking of the noodles) 
• Enjoy!
