Episode 8 we stay with Pete Wilson as he talks about how he like very few others has managed to make a career out of coaching lacrosse in the UK, Pete explains how he has effectively merged a number of positions to secure himself everybody's dream job. The other half of this episode focuses around mental health in sport. I feel very privileged to have got the opportunity to speak with Pete on this issue. Mental health is becoming more and more a focal point in daily discussions but its still not given the due care and attention it should be. Pete explains how he used lacrosse to help him through some seriously hard times in his life.
