What about turning off your mobile and having some me-time? If this is something that you do or trying to do, you will love this episode of this podcast by me, Tommaso Maggio, an Italian daddy in Bangkok. In each episode, I talk to a different dad who shares his experiences, challenges and tips on being a parent in todayβs world. π
Today, I had the pleasure to chat with Peter Bruun, who is based in the Netherlands. He is a fellow member of the L&D Shaker community: a network of learning and development professionals. The first time we tried to call, Peter was in a forest π², enjoying some nature time, while I was in a concrete jungle ποΈ, surrounded by buildings and traffic. We decided to use Adobe Podcast instead of Zoom because Zoom announced that they would collect all user data to improve their AI service. We wanted to have some privacy and security for our conversation. π

Peter Bruun is an entrepreneur and social psychologist.
As a father of 3 daughters, he is the only male in the house and needs some masculine energy as well.
Therefore he builds campfires by the full moon for other fathers to share experiences and advice, where no one holds the truth and everyone is respected.
