In this episode we talk to Peter Norris about the growing varroa mite situation, leatherwood honey and other beekeeping questions. Peter has been a beekeeper for over 35 years, starting in the UK when it was struck by varroa in the 90's. He is now based in Tasmania running Heritage Honey as well as being the vice president of the Southern Tasmanian Beekeepers Association.
