Warriors scout Peter O’Sullivan is arguably the best recruitment manager in the NRL.

He's responsible for discovering an incredible array of rugby league talent: Greg Inglis, Israel Folau, Latrell Mitchell, Joey Manu, Boyd Cordner and Roger Tuivasa-Scheck.

A mixture of old fashioned "gut feeling" and new-age technology, O'Sullivan has told League Insider's Daryl Halligan that the Warriors are setting themselves up to be one of the premiership's top teams for years to come.
