In my real life I spend a significant part of my day talking about Digital Transformation and the impact on the customer journey. At the heart of these big changes are technical solutions which help – or hinder – the process. The driving force behind these projects are often seldom seen resources known as Architects. System, process or application architects are a key ingredient to successful projects. But what makes up a good IT architect?
