An Australian national running from fraud charges in his country, Peter Scully escaped to the Philippines in 2011 and ran a child sex ring and porn network called No Limits Fun. The most infamous film he ever produced was called 𝘋𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘺'𝘴 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 and it featured three girls, one of them an infant, being tortured and sexually abused.
