Peter Woodcock was born an innocent child yet never had a chance.  During the time in which a baby is normally bonding with its mother and father; Peter Woodcock was being passed around from foster home to foster home. Never given the chance to bond, love, connect with anyone at such an early age, led to his heart becoming dark. His thoughts followed thereafter, becoming darker and more sinister as he got older. We don't excuse anyone that commits heinous crimes such as these, but we do understand how he got there. With no love as a baby nothing but abuse and neglect. What chance did he have? You decide.
