ペテロの手紙第1 5:5-11 メッセージ23「教会全体への進め〜若者たちへ〜」
5 同じように、若い人たちよ、長老たちに従いなさい。みな互いに謙遜を身に着けなさい。神は高ぶる者に敵対し、へりくだる者には恵みを与えられるからです。
6 ですから、あなたがたは神の力強い御手の下にへりくだりなさい。神がちょうどよい時に、あなたがたを高くしてくださるためです。
7 あなたがたの思い煩いを、いっさい神にゆだねなさい。神があなたがたのことを心配してくださるからです。
8 身を慎み、目を覚ましていなさい。あなたがたの敵である悪魔が、ほえたける獅子のように、だれかを食い尽くそうと探し回っています。
9 固く信仰に立って、この悪魔に立ち向かいなさい。ご存じのように、世にいるあなたがたの兄弟たちも同じ苦しみを通ってきたのです。
10 あらゆる恵みに満ちた神、すなわち、キリストにあってあなたがたを永遠の栄光の中に招いてくださった神ご自身が、しばらくの苦しみの後で、あなたがたを回復させ、堅く立たせ、強くし、不動の者としてくださいます。
11 どうか、神のご支配が世々限りなくありますように。アーメン。
1. 謙遜を身に付ける
A.神の前に正しい自己認識を持つということです。
B.他人を尊重する心
ピリピ２：３「何事でも利己的な思いや虚栄からすることなく、へりくだって互いに人を自分よりもすぐれた者と思いなさい。」
C.神の導きに従う柔らかな心」です。
「身につける」＝「服を着る」
2. 謙遜な心の先にある祝福
１ペテロ５：6 「ですから、あなたがたは神の力強い御手の下にへりくだりなさい。神がちょうどよい時に、あなたがたを高くしてくださるためです。」

5 In the same way, you who are younger, submit yourselves to your elders. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because,
“God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.”
6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.
7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
11 To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.
