The fight concluded as Peter displayed overwhelming power, leaving him startled by the symbiote's aggression. After Kraven observed Peter's departure, the group gathered at the Emily-May Foundation. Peter attempted to return the symbiote to Harry, but the alien refused, while MJ found a vital clue on a broken blade.
The fight continued against the last of the hunters there. I was checking all the cool moves that Peter was showing while bonded with the symbiote. The speed and raw power of his strikes left the hunters stunned.
When I was done with all those hunters, Peter stopped for a moment to get surprised by what the symbiote was actually doing. He looked down at his hands, realizing that his strength had reached levels he never thought possible.
As Peter was swinging away from the museum, Kraven saw him from a distance with a confusing face. The master hunter watched the black blur across the skyline, not yet sure what this new transformation represented, though he looked intrigued by the challenge it might present later.
The next scene was at the Emily-May Foundation, where Peter was trying to transfer the symbiote back towards Harry. Since the creature was the only thing keeping Harry's sickness at bay, Peter was desperate to give his best friend his life-support system back in these moments.
But when Peter was doing it, the broken part of Kraven's knife suddenly came out of Peter's body. The symbiote had been holding his flesh together and healing the fatal wound from the previous fight.
Then Peter said he would try again to save his friend. He went closer to Harry, but the symbiote refused to get to him, pulling back into Peter's skin like a protective shell. It was clear the creature had chosen a new, stronger host and would not let go.
When Harry was saying they would need Dr. Connors to understand the symbiot's behavior, MJ picked up the broken part of the knife, and said she has got a lead. They realized the hunt was far from over.
