Sometimes as leaders, we need to share constructive feedback instead of telling everyone how great they are and how everything is ok.  This verse in Proverbs reminds us that the truth, told in love, is powerful and should be shared.

Whoever rebukes a person will in the end gain favor    rather than one who has a flattering tongue.
