Performance Excellence was rolled out in 1997 in Disney Theme Parks and Resorts as a way to communicate a consistent strategy of "what we do and why we do it" for all Disney Cast Members.  Pete Blank, former Disney University leader, continues the lessons of Disney Heritage and Traditions portion of Performance Excellence, and encourages his listeners to see how they can apply some of these lessons in their own leadership journey.
