The company BambooHR recently surveyed over 1000 people to find out about bad bosses.  Bad Behaviors 1-5 will be covered this week along with commentary from former Disney University Leader Pete Blank.  The first five "Bad Boss Behaviors" for 2020 are:

taking credit for your work

not trusting or empowering you

not caring if you are overworked

not advocating for you around monetary compensation

focusing on employee's weaknesses instead of strengths
