The company BambooHR recently surveyed over 1000 people to find out about bad bosses.  Bad Behaviors 6-10 will be covered this week along with commentary from former Disney University Leader Pete Blank.  The final five "Bad Boss Behaviors" for 2020 are:

hiring and promoting the wrong people

"micromanaging" and not allowing you the "freedom to work"

not backing you up in disputes with customers

not providing proper direction on assignments/roles

not setting clear expectations
