Hi, Friends! Welcome to GiGi's Gentle Storytime!
Today we're reading a story about a girl named Peyton who has to overcome her fear of trying new foods during her family's Thanksgiving celebration when everyone brings pies for dessert that are unfamiliar to her.
Thanks for listening to GiGi's Gentle Storytime. This started as an idea to read books virtually to my Godchild, Gio. With my passion for all things reading, story, and early childhood literacy, I wanted to open up this space for others to enjoy. This platform will mainly share stories featuring Black characters as a way for Black children to see themselves represented fully and embodied through imagination.
