Perfluoro-alkyl substances (PFAS) are a group of compounds utilized in the production of a variety of common materials that are gaining increasing regulatory attention due to their potential health effects. We provide an update on PFAS regulatory, policy, and legal activity. Beyond the updates we turn our attention to how facilities can plan ahead for upcoming PFAS reporting requirements.
