PG: Parental Guidance (Needed) Podcast

Holidays are stressful enough...but Meredith and her family have added to the mix. They are moving over the holidays...oh, but wait...it get's better (or more stressful)...they are moving in with their in-laws (while their new house is being built).

It seems, as a parent, you're never gonna feel like ALL the areas of your life are running smoothly at the same time. Roxanne got great news about her mammogram but bad news about a plumbing disaster at her house.

What are some of the things that you've done or said around your kid(s) that you are most embarrassed about? Roxanne and Doug have a code word they use (rather than actually swearing). Their daughter has now picked up that word. Problem is...it sounds like a bad word!

A resounding YES. Just because you're a mom, doesn't mean you can't still show your sexy side. Meredith is going to get out of her mom "box" and show her stuff. And we'll chat about other Halloween MOM dilemmas.

We know TikTok isn't good for us in one way...it's like you go down the rabbit hole of videos and before you know it, three hours have passed. A bit of a time-waster. But have you heard that teen girls who spend a lot of time on TikTok are actually developing twitches?!

We did our first family of four airplane flight. I guess we made it a little harder on ourselves than it needed to be arriving at the airport with only 45 minutes to spare. Lots of crazy adventures on our families recent trip to North Carolina. I love catching up with Meredith and sharing them with you.

When Roxanne found out the Moms of Tampa were coming on the podcast, she assumed she'd be interviewing moms who live in the bay area, and maybe they'd share their ideas on fun places to take the kids around town, what Tampa activities they liked best.

But there's much MORE to these moms than meets the eye. These two mom's, Megan and Tiffany, have a really special story that brought them together that shows what kind of gracious, exceptional people they are.

Meredith and Anthony TRIED to do a fun, romantic (no-kids) get away to Orlando, but things went sideways and their trip was cut short. They're headed back to Disney this weekend (with kids) in hopes that things will go smoothly.

At what age did your kids start telling whoppers? Meredith is dealing with a little fibber/creative story-teller in her household. How do you nip that behavior in the bud?
