Today too, I have come to share a performance of the students of our school with you. You may have noticed that the students of our school have done a lot in various performances every day and I have played the biggest role for this culture. I have constantly encouraged them so that they can participate in this work very well and to participate in this work, first of all, they have to be given an idea about the subject and I have to give the most importance to giving this idea, otherwise such work would not have been possible in any way. As a result of my hard work, it has been observed that now the students are able to present their own performance in front of the public very well and this work has now become like rice and lentils to them. They are no longer afraid as before. But if we observe in other places, if the microphone is handed over to the students, they will tremble due to fear, but at present, this amount of fear is no longer there in the students of our school. I think this is a good quality. Many people have started liking them a lot because of this good sister, especially when our school's annual function is held, we invite all the people of our area, they come here and are really impressed by the performance of our school students. They are surprised to think how such small boys and girls were able to perform so beautifully, that too in front of so many people. আশা করি আপনারা সবাই ভাল আছেন আমিও ভাল আছি আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে ১৫ই আরও একটা নতুন পোস্ট নিয়ে হাজির হয়ে গেলাম আমি সবসময়ই আপনাদের মাঝে নতুন নতুন পোস্ট শেয়ার করে থাকি বিশেষ করে আমাদের স্কুলের বিষয়ে বিভিন্ন ধরনের পোস্ট আমি আপনাদের মাঝে প্রতিনিয়তই শেয়ার করে থাকি সেই ধারাবাহিকতা বজায় রাখার জন্য আজকে আমি তেমনি একটা নতুন পোস্ট শেয়ার করার জন্য হাজির হয়ে গেলাম। আপনারা হয়তোবা লক্ষ্য করে দেখেছেন প্রত্যেক দিনে আমি আমাদের স্কুলের বিভিন্ন ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের বিভিন্ন ধরনের পারফরমেন্স আপনাদের মাঝে পোস্ট আকারে শেয়ার করে থাকি আজকেও আমি আপনাদের মাঝে আমাদের স্কুলের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের একটা পারফরম্যান্স শেয়ার করার জন্য হাজির হলাম আপনারা হয়তোবা লক্ষ্য করে দেখেছেন আমাদের স্কুলে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা বিভিন্ন ধরনের পারফরম্যান্সের ক্ষেত্রে অনেক বেশি করেছে প্রতিনিয়ত আর এই কালচার জন্য আমি সব থেকে বেশি পরিমাণে ভূমিকা পালন করেছি। তাদেরকে আমি প্রতিনিয়ত ভালোভাবে উৎসাহ প্রদান করেছি যেন তারা তারা খুব ভালোভাবে এই কাজে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারে আর এই কাজে অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য প্রথমত তাদেরকে সেই বিষয়টা সম্পর্কে ধারণা দিতে হবে আর এ ধারণা দেবার জন্য আমাকেই সবথেকে বেশি পরিমাণে গুরুত্ব বহন করতে হয়েছে অন্যথায় এমন কাজ কোনোভাবেই সম্ভব করা যেত না।আমার এই পরিশ্রমের ফলে লক্ষ্য করা গিয়েছে যে এখন ছাত্রছাত্রীরা অনেক ভালোভাবে তাদের নিজেদের পারফরমেন্স মানুষের সামনে উপস্থাপন করতে পারছে আর এই কাজটা এখন তাদের কাছে অনেকটাই ডাল ভাতের মত হয়ে গিয়েছে তারা এখন আর আগের মত ভয় পায় না কিন্তু আমরা যদি অন্যান্য জায়গাতে লক্ষ্য করে দেখি ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের হাতে যদি মাইক তুলে দেয়া হয় তাহলে তারা ভয়ের কারণে কাঁপতে থাকবে কিন্তু বর্তমান সময়ে আমাদের স্কুলের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের এই ভয়ের পরিমাণটা আর কোনভাবেই নেই একটা ভালো গুণ বলে আমি মনে করি। তাদেরকে এই ভালো বোনের কারণে এখন অনেকেই অনেক বেশি পরিমাণে পছন্দ করতে শুরু করেছে বিশেষ করে যখন আমাদের স্কুলের বাৎসরিক অনুষ্ঠান হয় সেই সময় আমরা আমাদের এলাকার সকল মানুষকে দাওয়াত প্রদান করি তখন তারা এখানে আসে এবং আমাদের স্কুলের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের পারফরমেন্স দেখে রীতিমত মুগ্ধ হয়ে যায় তারা ভাবতে ভাবতে অবাক হয়ে যায় এত ছোট ছোট ছেলে মেয়েরা কিভাবে এত সুন্দর পারফরম্যান্স করতে পারলো তাও আবার এত মানুষের সামনে। আমাদের স্কুলের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের শেয়ার করা এই ভিডিওটা আপনাদের কাছে আজকে কেমন লাগলো সেটা অবশ্যই আমাকে কমেন্ট করে জানাবেন আজকে আর আমি আপনাদের মাঝে বেশি কিছু শেয়ার করছি না আজকের মত এ পর্যন্তই পরবর্তী দিনে আপনাদের মাঝে আরও একটা নতুন ভিডিও নিয়ে হাজির হয়ে যাব।
