Tom is a cryptozoologist and paranormal investigator, who formed the Penn Hills Paranormal Society that investigates hauntings and reports of paranormal activity in private homes and businesses. Tom is also a member of FayWest Paranormal, and a field investigator for the Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society.

He has appeared on a number of podcasts and at speaking engagements, and can be seen on YouTube's Small Town Monsters series, "Sasquatch Unearthed: The Ridge".
