The voices of our ancestors are asking us to see the impact of slavery and how it continues to exist today. I discuss the orgins of tricking, football, black schools, and fraternities and sororities. How can we say it was a long time ago yet we see current conditions and access to resources is still dismal. As we navigate these hardships, EDI is at the heart and strategy of many businesses.
