Derek Borkowski, PharmD is the founder and CEO of Cosmas Health. He is a pharmacist, software engineer, and creator of Pyrls - a popular new drug information website and mobile utilized by over 10,000 clinicians and student clinicians.

Derek is a 2018 Doctor of Pharmacy graduate from the University of Minnesota. His background includes experience in community pharmacy, digital health, and the pharmaceutical industry.
