I remember when my brother brought home a pheasant when I was a child and my mother really didn't know what to do with it. She prepared it like chicken and it didn't go over too well. This book has elegant, yet simple recipes.

I bought Arlene Lee's book, "Cookies, Squares & Bars" and quickly became a fan of her inventive approach to making a creative home. That book has puzzles, recipes and coloring section! I purchased the physical book for that one and the eBook for this one, but if you prepare a lot of game, I can see this fitting easily onto your kitchen book shelf.
