Karen has spent her life as an artist, animator, and entrepreneur. At age 19, she started an animation studio with a friend from college. Her company was a pioneer in the creation of scoreboard animations for all the Major League Baseball teams,  NBA, NFL, NHA, as well as the Super Bowl and the Olympics.  In addition to sports animation, her company created animation for the Feature Film "Fern Gully: The Last Rainforest" and a Christmas Special, "The Wish That Changed Christmas." She also developed computer games for Disney, Fisher Price, and Mattel - bringing their characters to life.
