While serving in Bosnia under the UN mandate, Phil was ambushed by Serbian forces.

The vehicle he was driving is now in the Canadian War museum with 54 bullet holes. Unfortunately, those were not the only bullet holes.

Phil recounts the ambush and his battle to live with PTSD. He hopes his story will help others with their mental injury.

The aim of this Podcast is to give those who suffer with mental injury such as PTSD or OSI (Operational stress injury), information that may help ease the struggle and let them know they are not alone. Additionally, it may help friends and family deal with the impact PTSD has on them.
