Businesses are calling for some certainty as Level Four extends across the country.
Business advocate Phil O'Reilly told Mike Hosking the directions about how businesses can operate are hopeless.
"Business is still unclear, you still can't open a butcher. It's as if we've learned nothing from Level Four lockdown and hopefully the Government would have, they haven't updated their website much at all on that, practices haven't changed."
